New York – November 2021 RCS Real Estate Advisors has been retained by national retailers francesca’s and Lolli & Pops to serve as the outsourced real estate department for both brands. The firm will be responsible for negotiating all lease terms and extensions as well as for selecting new locations for the brands’ growing portfolios.

francesca’s is a unique specialty store chain that sells women’s apparel, accessories, home décor and stationery. With more than 450 locations nationally, the company is committed to opening new locations in regional, outlet and lifestyle centers. The company recently opened its first fashion-forward tween brand collection, franki by francesca’s, in Houston, Texas, and plans on opening additional stores in 2022.

Lolli & Pops, a leading national candy boutique specializing in candy pops, operates stores nationally and plans on substantial growth within the next three years.
