Lease Negotiation – bargaining aggressively and effectively, solely on the client's behalf, to secure the right location, at the rent and lease terms that best address each client's unique circumstances. We receive no compensation from the landlord side of negotiations, a policy that enables us to avoid this important potential conflict of interest.

Process Coordination – giving each client the confidence and peace of mind that every step of the store opening process will function smoothly and effectively.
