What’s Next?

This time last year, retailers were scrambling to survive 2009. Many did survive through cost containment efforts such as inventory control, that led to increased profitability, but did not necessarily result in increased sales. It’s important for retailers to remember that being proactive, addressing your near-term renewals, and continually evaluating where you are, what you’ve done and what you need to do, is the best recipe for success. As we begin our journey into 2010, be sure to look at your real estate and ask, “Do these assets still work?” If not, consider your path and realize there may still be work to do.

Contact us and we’ll help you optimize your retail real estate portfolio and position you for success in 2010.
