The Limited retains RCS
RCS Real Estate Advisors Provides Real Estate Advisory Services to The Limited

NEW YORK, NY, September 17, 2007 - New York, NY-based RCS Real Estate Advisors (formerly Retail Consulting Services), a retail real estate advisory firm with three specialist practice areas: Growth and Development; Restructuring and Portfolio Optimization; and Investment Advisory and Participation, has been retained by The Limited, Inc. to provide real estate advisory services. RCS Real Estate Advisors' President and CEO Ivan Friedman made the announcement.
Recently sold to an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., The Limited currently operates 260 locations nationwide. RCS Real Estate Advisors will serve as The Limited's real estate advisor, coordinating and facilitating all lease renewals, extensions and negotiations.
