RCS Real Estate Advisors Provides Restructuring Services for Lifetime Brands, Inc.

NEW YORK, NY, December 17, 2007 – New York, NY-based RCS Real Estate Advisors, the pre-eminent real estate advisory firm to the retail industry, has been retained by Lifetime Brands, Inc. to terminate leases for 30 underperforming outlet stores. RCS Real Estate Advisors Senior Vice President Spence Mehl made the announcement.
Lifetime Brands, Inc., a resource for nationally branded kitchenware, tabletop and home décor products, plans to close 27 Farberware outlet retail stores and three Pfaltzgraff factory stores that have been projected to generate losses on an annual basis.
