RCS Real Estate Advisors Provides Property Disposition Services for Marsh Supermarkets, Inc.

NEW YORK, NY, September 17, 2007 - New York, NY-based RCS Real Estate Advisors (formerly Retail Consulting Services), a retail real estate advisory firm with three specialist practice areas: Growth and Development; Restructuring and Portfolio Optimization; and Investment Advisory and Participation, has been retained by Indianapolis, IN-based Marsh Supermarkets, Inc. to provide property disposition services. RCS Real Estate Advisors' Senior Vice President Spence Mehl made the announcement.
Founded in 1931, Marsh Supermarkets, Inc. currently operates 103 locations throughout Indiana and Ohio. RCS Real Estate Advisors will serve as the exclusive real estate agent, selling 30 fee-owned properties in and around Indianapolis at an auction to be held at 11 a.m. on November 15, 2007, in Indianapolis, Ind.
