SUBWAY Restaurants and electronics retail giant Best Buy Co. sell vastly different products, but they also have one thing in common: a taste for expansion. And despite fears over the credit crunch (see "Will the Crunch Squeeze Retailers?"), retailers are pushing ahead with plans for new stores.
