Mr. Puri possesses an extensive portfolio of direct retail experience, with more than 12 years of operational and merchandising responsibilities for some of the best-known luxury and specialty retailers based in New York and Chicago. In those posts, his skills in business analysis and strategy, risk management, project management and site selection were instrumental in driving the success of each company.

As a member of the RCS Real Estate Advisors team, Mr. Puri provides unique insights into the evolving business performance aspects of retailing, and the critical role of executing the right real estate strategy to unlock more of the value within individual retail locations and retail networks.

His resume includes managerial roles with such firms as Ann Taylor, Brown Shoe and The Custom Shop.

Mr. Puri joined RCS Real Estate Advisors in 2008 following his experience as a Regional Director with Bare Escentuals.
