Mr. Friedman possesses the combination of the strategic thinking and marketplace practicality necessary to take retail performance from the average to the exceptional.

In his lengthy tenure with JPMorgan as an investment banker and head of a regional investment banking team, he developed a special expertise in recognizing the value potential locked within businesses—and a solid track record of transforming this potential into value. Like other principals of RCS Real Estate Advisors, his understanding of the retail industry has made him a valued partner for clients across the country.

Mr. Friedman's business acumen helps our clients see more of the possibilities for capturing maximum value from their real estate assets—making their real estate assets grow and develop, and driving improvement in overall profitability, from individual retail locations to the most widespread retail network.

Mr. Friedman also is responsible for business development and corporate strategy for RCS Real Estate Advisors.

He holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
