A member of the RCS team since early 2009, Mr. Green’s particular background of legal, business and real estate knowledge, as well as, his direct experience in retail leasing, construction, finance and negotiation have afforded him the insights necessary to help our clients optimize the performance of their retail real estate portfolios.

Earlier in his career as Vice President of Real Estate and General Counsel for a national retailer, Mr. Green gained extensive skills as an accomplished operator of real estate portfolios, creating a successful track record of aligning real estate decisions with business strategy. Due to his broad experiences, Mr. Green has a clear understanding of what it takes to drastically reduce costs and effectively increase profitability, and the ability to embrace and execute those plans that deliver unparalleled results.

Mr. Green holds both a J.D. and M.B.A from Drake University, a B.A. from Southern Illinois University, and has been admitted to the Bar in both Texas and Illinois.
